Chanel seeks a Regional Change Management Owner in Paris to lead ORION transformation initiatives with strategic vision and cross-functional expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead strategic change management initiatives and transformation programs within the ORION framework
- Develop and implement change management strategies tailored to regional business requirements
- Manage stakeholder communication and engagement across all organizational levels
- Oversee change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program adoption and sustainability
- Monitor change metrics, track KPIs, and provide executive-level reporting on program progress
- Build and mentor change management teams within the region
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or change management programs
- Strong understanding of organizational change theory and best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work across matrix organizations and multiple business units
- Experience with digital transformation or enterprise system implementations
- Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes from change initiatives
Skills
Experience
10+ years of professional experience in change management, organizational development, or strategic program leadership, with at least 5 years in a regional or international role managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Education
Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; or equivalent professional certification in change management (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, ACP).
