Chanel seeks a 9-month Recruitment Coordinator for its France & Monaco market, supporting retail talent acquisition across fashion, watchmaking, and beauty.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR managers to assess talent requirements and define competency frameworks with operational leaders
  • Identify and implement efficient sourcing channels appropriate to target candidate profiles
  • Conduct pre-qualification and full-cycle telephone and in-person interviews, ensuring exemplary candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel
  • Build and maintain external talent pools by discipline, prioritizing diversity initiatives and proactive market engagement
  • Monitor recruitment reporting and analytics; propose optimisation strategies for candidate acquisition channels
  • Contribute to cross-functional talent acquisition strategy projects in support of the HR team

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (BAC+5) or equivalent, ideally from a business school or specialized HR programme
  • Demonstrated passion for recruitment and a minimum of one year in a similar recruitment capacity within a demanding environment
  • Proven interest in retail, fashion, and luxury sectors
  • Proficiency with core sourcing tools and recruitment methodologies
  • Excellent French and English language skills
