Chanel Guest Relations Host role in Paris. Six-month renewable contract delivering luxury client hospitality and boutique excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome each client upon arrival with warmth and in accordance with Chanel's brand codes and standards
- Engage clients to understand their visit purpose and direct them to the appropriate team member or waiting area
- Ensure client comfort during wait times through meaningful conversation and available amenities
- Identify VIC (very important client) guests and proactively propose supplementary services such as valet parking or concierge referrals
- Coordinate all client appointment channels and maintain continuous communication with sales advisors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Narrate the House's heritage, boutique stories, and artistic offerings to cultivate client curiosity and engagement
- Showcase the surrounding cultural and gastronomic offerings to support client experience and sales advisors
- Maintain the House image through impeccable boutique presentation and appearance standards
- Contribute innovative ideas for enhancing the client experience
- Participate in morning team briefings and operational meetings
