Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and register clients at the boutique reception, ensuring an impeccable first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with sales advisors, private clients and in‑house services.
- Deliver personalised hospitality for VIP and high‑net‑worth clients, including maintaining guest lists and preparing private appointments.
- Operate the reception desk: answer and route telephone enquiries, respond to e‑mails and manage walk‑in traffic with professionalism.
- Coordinate cloakroom, waiting areas and onsite refreshments to uphold presentation and comfort standards.
- Support in‑store events, private viewings and trunk shows by managing guest arrival and flow.

Qualifications
