Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide a polished, welcoming reception for clients and visitors in accordance with Chanel’s brand standards.
  • Manage client appointments and reservations, coordinate with sales and boutique teams to optimise the guest experience.
  • Deliver concierge-style hospitality: assist with enquiries, provide product and boutique information, and arrange in-store services.
  • Operate the reception workstation: answer and direct phone calls, manage email enquiries and maintain appointment calendars.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM or reservation systems following each client interaction.
  • Ensure the reception and client areas are immaculate, curated and aligned with visual and service guidelines.
  • Support boutique events and client appointments, including logistics, guest lists and on-site hospitality.
  • Act with absolute discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information and high-profile guests.

Qualifications

  • Professional, presentable demeanour suited to luxury hospitality and high-touch client service.
  • Proven track record in front-desk, hospitality or luxury retail roles; experience with clienteling preferred.
  • Demonstrated discretion, diplomacy and ability to manage confidential client information.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as required by boutique operations.
  • Proficiency with standard office and client-management tools; aptitude for learning proprietary systems quickly.

Experience
