Chanel Real Estate Analyst – ESG Performance internship in Paris. Join the Real Estate Direction supporting diverse portfolio across France and Europe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop real estate reports (operational and financial) and monitor valuations
  • Establish financial simulations and forecasting models
  • Enhance monitoring and forecasting tools for rental and occupancy charges across Chanel French entities, including budgets and forecasts
  • Centralize real estate documents and data through collection from various departments, document analysis, data extraction, and integration into the property management system
  • Support ongoing lease negotiations and renegotiations
  • Assist in implementing processes to coordinate multiple real estate projects across the Maison
  • Monitor real estate market trends, major transactions, and legal developments; produce and present market analysis reports
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of AI-driven automation tools
  • Define and execute an ESG performance improvement roadmap for the portfolio
  • Lead implementation of Tertiary Decree compliance and Net Zero alignment initiatives
  • Participate in the sustainable real estate community engagement and knowledge-sharing

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (BAC+5) from a business school or engineering school
  • Specialization or initial experience in real estate or sustainable real estate preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Proactive, rigorous, curious, and versatile problem-solving mindset
  • Aptitude for artificial intelligence and emerging technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
