Role & Responsibilities

  • Pilot supplier quality performance tracking through implementation, monitoring, and distribution of recurring performance indicators
  • Participate in defining and validating quality criteria during new metal finish development processes
  • Ensure updates to testing protocols and specifications within the Metal Components scope
  • Support the team in building and monitoring continuous improvement plans to guarantee component quality and longevity

Qualifications

  • Bac+5 engineering student or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of materials science and diverse finishing processes (aesthetic and application methodology)
  • Prior experience in quality management, including risk assessment and quality methodologies
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and anticipatory planning abilities
  • Demonstrated responsiveness and rigor in technical execution
  • Collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills

Experience
