Chanel is seeking a Quality, Safety, Security and Environment Project Coordinator Intern for its International Fragrance & Beauty Logistics Centre in Le Meux, starting January 2027. Reporting to the QSSE Manager, the intern will contribute to cross-functional projects in risk analysis, process digitalisation and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct a study on the impact of climate change on transport activities, including mapping sensitive flows and temperatures and identifying innovative solutions.
- Help update the document management system in line with current processes and standards.
- Update the chemical risk assessment.
- Help create communication materials and lead QSSE initiatives.
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of internal QSSE audits.
- Monitor Quality, Safety and Environment indicators and help implement the associated action plan.
- Help administer system access and automate the annual access review.
Qualifications
- Currently in the final year of a Bac+5 degree programme in QSSE.
- Ideally, previous experience in Quality and/or Health, Safety and Environment.
- Analytical, proactive, curious and adaptable, with an interest in innovative solutions, particularly process automation and digitalisation.
- Strong communication and synthesis skills, with the ability to address a range of issues.
