Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and coordinate technical improvement initiatives within the Leather Goods department, ensuring alignment with CHANEL's strategic objectives, particularly product sustainability.
- Support quality system project managers in driving continuous improvement projects, from identifying areas for progress to implementing corrective and preventive action plans using problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and Pareto analysis.
- Actively participate in organizing project progress meetings, formalizing project tracking, and preparing weekly reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets across various project phases.
- Contribute to the drafting of project documents, including project plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Coordinate efforts among stakeholders to resolve technical issues and obstacles.
- Participate in organizing tests with various laboratories and analyze the results.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Experience
Relevant experience in project coordination or quality management is preferred.
Education
Pursuing or completed a degree in Engineering or a related field.
