Role & Responsibilities

  • Support quality system project leaders in piloting continuous improvement initiatives, from identifying improvement opportunities to implementing corrective and preventive action plans using problem-solving tools such as the Five Whys, Ishikawa diagrams, and Pareto analysis
  • Actively participate in organizing project advancement meetings, formalize project tracking, and prepare weekly status reports for senior management
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets while monitoring all project phases
  • Contribute to the drafting of project documentation including project plans and procedural guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and improvements
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts among stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and obstacles
  • Participate in organizing and coordinating testing activities with external laboratories and analyze results

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Demonstrated rigor, organizational skills, and ability to anticipate requirements with autonomy and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Interest in and sensitivity toward product quality and leather goods craftsmanship
  • Proficiency with Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); Italian proficiency is advantageous
