Role & Responsibilities
- Support the streamlining and efficiency of quality control processes for finished products at distribution centers in France and Italy.
- Assist in the deployment of quality sampling IT tools.
- Prepare pilot modulation of controls with relevant product lines.
- Monitor deployment and track control indicators and operational impacts.
- Correlate pilot results with modeled simulations.
- Define future deployment steps.
- Formalize operational needs, expectations, and requirements with partners.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Label, including operational needs and expectations.
- Monitor the implementation of Partner Quality Assurance using newly created indicators.
- Review and enhance documentation related to the Partner Quality Assurance process.
- Manage the transition to the new Electronic Document Management (EDM) tool.
- Verify document versioning for transfer.
- Manage destination architecture for internal and external service users.
- Ensure proper functioning of validation workflows, authorizations, and publications across various platforms, avoiding duplicates.
Qualifications
- Student in a generalist engineering school or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a desire to work in a demanding environment surrounded by Chanel product experts and the Maison's craftsmanship is essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in an engineering program or equivalent.
