Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the streamlining and efficiency of quality control processes for finished products at distribution centers in France and Italy.
  • Assist in the deployment of quality sampling IT tools.
  • Prepare pilot modulation of controls with relevant product lines.
  • Monitor deployment and track control indicators and operational impacts.
  • Correlate pilot results with modeled simulations.
  • Define future deployment steps.
  • Formalize operational needs, expectations, and requirements with partners.
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Label, including operational needs and expectations.
  • Monitor the implementation of Partner Quality Assurance using newly created indicators.
  • Review and enhance documentation related to the Partner Quality Assurance process.
  • Manage the transition to the new Electronic Document Management (EDM) tool.
  • Verify document versioning for transfer.
  • Manage destination architecture for internal and external service users.
  • Ensure proper functioning of validation workflows, authorizations, and publications across various platforms, avoiding duplicates.

Qualifications

  • Student in a generalist engineering school or equivalent.

Skills

Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Fluent in English. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a desire to work in a demanding environment surrounded by Chanel product experts and the Maison's craftsmanship is essential.

Education

Currently enrolled in an engineering program or equivalent.
