Chanel seeks a Quality Performance Engineer on fixed-term contract in Paris to optimise manufacturing processes and drive quality excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse and optimise manufacturing processes to enhance quality performance metrics
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives aligned with Chanel's exacting standards
- Monitor production quality data and identify opportunities for operational enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Document process improvements and maintain comprehensive quality records
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in a relevant discipline (mechanical, industrial, production, or chemical engineering)
- Proven experience in quality assurance, process engineering, or manufacturing quality control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with quality management systems and statistical analysis tools

Experience
3+ years of experience in quality engineering, process improvement, or manufacturing quality roles within luxury goods or equivalent regulated industries
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Chemical Engineering) or equivalent qualification
