Role & Responsibilities
- Formalize and structure quality system methodologies tailored to each product line within the Fashion division
- Develop and implement the quality system roadmap in collaboration with product lines and measure progress through defined indicators
- Manage partner quality assurance governance processes across product lines in cooperation with Operations and Distribution Centers
- Define and maintain Chanel quality standards and requirements for critical process audits
- Create, animate, and maintain the Chanel quality auditor training program in cooperation with Human Resources
- Establish and manage the Chanel quality auditor community
- Oversee the design and evolution of quality information systems, including control modulation tools, quality label management, and problem-solving methodology implementation
- Create, develop, and deliver internal training on quality tools for the Fashion division
- Serve as an expert in quality systems innovation and propose performant solutions for new processes in cooperation with Operations and Distribution Centers
- Create and maintain formalized documentation on the role's scope and ensure dissemination and mastery within the quality community
Qualifications
- Engineering school graduate or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in quality management and industrial processes
- Demonstrated expertise in quality management tools (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Proficiency in advanced problem-solving methodologies for complex on-site challenges
- Experience implementing quality systems in demanding or multi-site environments
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and mobilize transversal groups
- Strong diplomatic and assertive communication with high situational intelligence
- Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Mastery of IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in quality management and industrial processes, with demonstrated competency in both industrial process environments and artisanal workshops. Experience in multi-site quality system implementation and matrix-based process management is essential.
Education
Engineering school diploma or equivalent qualification.
