Chanel Quality Manager position in Chamant, France — oversee fragrances & beauty production quality standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures across all production lines at the Chamant site
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and luxury industry benchmarks for fragrances and beauty products
- Lead quality assurance teams and coordinate testing, inspection, and audit activities
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
- Manage documentation, traceability systems, and quality records
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action oversight for quality deviations
- Liaise with supply chain, manufacturing, and product development teams on quality matters
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing or beauty/fragrance production
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant luxury cosmetics or fragrance quality standards
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing beauty and fragrance production
- Leadership capability with ability to manage and motivate quality assurance teams
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of quality management experience, preferably within fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury consumer goods manufacturing.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related scientific discipline; relevant quality certifications (Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Chamant, Oise, France, with easy access to Paris.
