Chanel Quality Improvement Internship, Paris – Support leather goods quality initiatives in this January 2027 role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze quality alerts from international markets and after-sales service teams; consolidate incident data and participate in weekly quality reporting meetings and resolution coordination
- Support quality point animations with international markets, sharing product specifications and facilitating the treatment of quality requests and technical inquiries
- Act as liaison between operations and after-sales service teams, ensuring precise communication on product specifications and consistency of messaging to address client needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by supporting quality action plan implementations and analyzing recurring defects and incident characterization
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze customer and after-sales service feedback to identify emerging signals, track key performance indicators, and propose targeted improvement initiatives
- Organize and lead quality analysis workshops; participate in the examination of returned products (bags and small leather goods) and contribute to developing concrete solutions to strengthen customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong analytical mindset and synthesis capabilities
- Rigorous, well-organized, and proactive problem-solver with excellent anticipation skills
- Autonomous with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated sensitivity to product quality and genuine passion for the luxury sector
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Experience
Experience in quality assurance, product analysis, or a related discipline within a luxury or manufacturing environment is valued; demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex quality processes is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in quality management, supply chain, engineering, or a related field; candidates from business schools or specialized programs in luxury management are particularly encouraged to apply.
