Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate quality improvement projects for Chanel's leather goods.
- Manage quality alerts from markets.
- Support project managers in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Formalize project progress and reporting for management.
- Collaborate with various project stakeholders.
- Analyze and disseminate quality performance indicators.
- Establish quality analysis workshops for returned products with after-sales teams.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, with Italian as a plus.
