Chanel Quality Assurance Intern – 6-month internship in Compiègne manufacturing facility validating equipment cleaning processes and GMP compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and establish equipment cleaning validation test protocols
- Conduct microbiological sampling and testing across manufacturing equipment
- Analyze and interpret quality test results
- Propose process improvements to reduce water consumption and harmonize cleaning procedures across equipment
- Prepare comprehensive quality assurance reports and documentation
- Participate in on-site quality activities, facility tours, and documentation updates
- Monitor quality indicators and support GMP compliance awareness activities
Qualifications
- Master's degree (M2) in Quality Management, Biology, or equivalent engineering school training
- Knowledge of microbiology and microbiological testing methodologies
- Strong understanding of Quality assurance principles and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Analytical and synthetic reasoning abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities autonomously
Skills
Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Quality, Biology, or related field; practical experience in laboratory or quality assurance environments preferred but not required.
Education
Master's degree (M2) in Quality Management, Biology, or equivalent qualification from an engineering school; knowledge of microbiology strongly preferred.
