Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day quality assurance activities across the Perfumes & Beauty manufacturing site, including batch release and product conformity checks.
  • Participate in deviation investigations, root‑cause analysis and CAPA implementation to resolve quality incidents.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation: SOPs, work instructions, control plans and batch records in accordance with internal QMS.
  • Assist with incoming raw material controls, sampling, in‑process checks and coordination with analytical laboratories.
  • Contribute to internal audits, supplier quality follow‑up and regulatory compliance (cosmetics GMP expectations).
  • Analyse quality data and KPIs to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, FMEA, process optimization).
  • Support cross‑functional projects with production, R&D and supply chain to ensure robust transfer to manufacture.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in an engineering or technical degree (Chemical, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, Process or Industrial Engineering) as part of an alternance/apprenticeship program.
  • Basic knowledge of quality principles: GMP, documentation control and deviation/CAPA processes.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and methodical approach to investigations and documentation.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and present findings clearly.
  • Willingness to work on a manufacturing site and adhere to safety and hygiene rules.
