Chanel seeks Packaging Quality and Research Project Officer in Pantin to develop test methods and manage quality systems for luxury fragrances and beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and update packaging test methods in collaboration with the laboratory, packaging development teams, quality services, and suppliers
- Conduct specialized studies to enhance technical expertise and correlation between accelerated test methods and consumer product usage
- Participate in analysis of packaging non-conformities and market returns
- Monitor technological developments in testing methodologies and measurement instruments
- Contribute to quality system management through documentation writing and updating
- Track quality tools including document repositories and calibration/verification management
- Participate in internal audits and corrective action plan follow-up
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac +5) preferably in packaging or related discipline
- Demonstrated first experience in packaging or testing environments
- Strong technical acumen combined with quality management knowledge
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Skills
Experience
First professional experience in packaging development or testing environments; familiarity with cosmetics industry standards and methodologies is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent tertiary qualification, preferably in packaging engineering, materials science, or chemistry.
