Chanel Fragrances & Beauty, Neuilly-sur-Seine: HSE & Continuity Project Manager (maternity cover, part-time, contract).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain HSE & CONTINUITY management systems, drafting and updating guidelines in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Animate and guarantee the HSE & CONTINUITY system through regulatory monitoring and performance governance (KPIs and organizational structures)
  • Deploy the HSE & CONTINUITY roadmap and pilot assigned projects within cost and timeline constraints
  • Coordinate internal and external audit programs (HSE, CONTINUITY, and CSR domains); lead audit processes and manage corrective action plans
  • Drive continuous improvement of practices, processes, and tools through HSE & CONTINUITY event management (anomalies, deviations, audit findings, change control)
  • Serve as subject-matter expert for HSE & CONTINUITY IT applications; document and conduct business testing for system validation; oversee business evolution requests
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions and presentations; cultivate an HSE & CONTINUITY culture specific to Chanel Fragrances & Beauty
  • Animate synergies with site-based and market HSE & CONTINUITY teams; participate in cross-functional working groups and professional associations
  • Execute additional tasks as required to support departmental operations and cross-divisional initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in scientific discipline: HSE, chemistry, agronomy, biology, pharmacy, cosmetology, or equivalent
  • 1 to 5 years of HSE & CONTINUITY experience, including a minimum of 1 year in regulated industry (food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or automotive)
  • Analytical and synthesis capabilities
