Chanel seeks a QHSE & Continuity Project Manager (fixed-term contract) in Neuilly-sur-Seine to develop and implement safety, health, and business continuity frameworks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) policies and procedures across Chanel facilities
- Lead business continuity planning and disaster recovery initiatives to ensure operational resilience
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain detailed documentation of QHSE and continuity protocols
- Provide training and guidance to staff on safety procedures and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in environmental science, safety engineering, business continuity, or related discipline
- Proven project management experience in QHSE and operational continuity contexts
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Skills
Experience
3-5 years of professional experience in QHSE, risk management, or business continuity roles, ideally within luxury retail, manufacturing, or corporate environments
Education
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, safety engineering, business administration, or equivalent discipline; relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 9001, business continuity certification) are advantageous
