Role & Responsibilities
- Assist PR Managers in the Fashion and Beauty divisions.
- Handle press requests, including product send-outs and price inquiries.
- Manage and classify visual assets.
- Monitor media coverage across print and digital platforms.
- Coordinate inventory and product send-outs for makeup.
- Prepare reports and analyses for product launches.
- Support new product launches, including press release preparation and translation checks.
- Monitor and engage with influencers across social media channels.
- Utilize media monitoring tools to assess social media visibility.
- Contribute to event planning and management, including influencer selection and post-event reporting.
- Assist with fashion press requests and sample management.
- Participate in showroom management and sample handling.
- Prepare internal presentations and PR showroom for press visits.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
- Availability for a minimum of six months.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a strong understanding of the media environment is essential.
