Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as Chanel's brand ambassador, maintaining impeccable grooming and styling that reflects the house's luxury standards and aesthetic vision
- Conduct makeup demonstrations, personalized consultations, and makeover services that showcase Chanel's product expertise and create differentiated customer experiences
- Educate customers on makeup application techniques, product benefits, and trends while cross-selling skincare and fragrance to drive sales across multiple categories
- Manage makeup testers, tools, and promotional materials to ensure hygiene standards and operational readiness at all point-of-sale locations
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base through CRM data collection, personalized follow-up, and loyalty-building initiatives aligned with data protection policies
- Mentor and inspire beauty associates through regular training sessions, coaching on sales techniques, and modeling professional excellence in customer interactions
- Execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets set by promotion team management, identifying barriers to slow-moving inventory and recommending solutions
- Monitor competitor activity and gather customer feedback to inform merchandising decisions and provide insights to management on market trends and brand perception
- Maintain operational compliance with all Chanel, department store, and regulatory guidelines governing sales, returns, exchanges, and sample management

Qualifications
- Makeup certification required
- Minimum 5 years of professional makeup artistry or beauty specialist experience in the cosmetics industry
- Advanced makeup application skills with mastery of color theory and technique
- Fluent in Korean; English highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated sales acumen across multiple product categories with proven ability to meet and exceed targets
