Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for store windows, façades and retail scenography from concept validation to on-site installation and handover.
  • Translate visual merchandising concepts into technical specifications, production drawings and installation briefs; supervise prototyping and mock-ups.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders including VM, retail operations, architecture, external fabricators, contractors and local store teams to ensure schedule and quality targets are met.
  • Manage project budgets, procurement processes, tender documents and contractor selection; control costs and approve invoices in line with procedures.
  • Perform site surveys, risk assessments and quality inspections; ensure compliance with brand standards, technical constraints and local regulations.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, progress reports and post‑installation documentation; propose continuous improvements to processes and materials.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing retail visual merchandising, shopfront or scenography projects for a luxury or premium retailer.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Strong technical understanding of shopfitting, materials, production workflows and installation techniques.
  • Experience coordinating external suppliers, contractors and cross‑functional internal teams.
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is strongly preferred for day-to-day coordination in Parisian and French contexts.
