Chanel seeks a Project Manager for Window Displays & Retail Scenography in Paris. 6-month contract from July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development and production of window displays, facades, and retail scenography concepts in collaboration with creative and project management teams
- Coordinate with local market teams and production partners to ensure seamless execution across regions
- Produce accurate and reliable technical drawings and develop comprehensive technical guidelines using 2D and 3D design tools
- Ensure exceptionally high standards of quality throughout project execution, from material selection to finishing details
- Support and guide markets in local development, ensuring proper adaptation of concepts according to specific window display typologies
- Review and validate all local adaptations to maintain brand consistency and creative integrity
- Oversee and actively participate in on-site installation of displays and scenography, particularly for Paris locations
- Monitor and maintain strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and corporate social responsibility commitments
Qualifications
- Strong technical rigor and keen attention to detail
- Excellent sensitivity to materials, fabrication processes, and quality finishes
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with 2D and 3D design software
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
- Fluent English language proficiency
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in visual merchandising, retail scenography, display design, or related architectural/design project management is essential, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex multi-market retail environment projects.
Education
Education in design, architecture, engineering, or a related technical field is preferred. Formal training in project management or visual merchandising is advantageous.
