Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct chemical and physico-chemical analyses across all product lifecycle stages, including contaminant identification, failure analysis, appearance characterization, and stability testing
  • Prepare comprehensive expertise reports with clear conclusions and actionable recommendations for internal client teams
  • Collaborate with formulation, production, quality, and regulatory teams to understand field-based challenges and ensure corrective action implementation
  • Support development and optimization of analytical methodologies aligned with identified expertise needs
  • Monitor regulatory and scientific developments within assigned scope and participate in associated regulatory meetings
  • Contribute to scientific valorization and communication of laboratory work

Qualifications

  • University degree (Bac+5) in Chemistry, Physico-Chemistry, or Materials Science
  • Demonstrated interest in cosmetics and beauty science
  • First-hand experience in expertise, analytical problem-solving, or failure analysis
