Chanel seeks a Project Manager for chemical expertise within Perfumes & Beauty in Pantin. Fixed-term contract role managing R&D initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate chemical and physical-chemical research projects from initiation through completion
- Liaise between research teams, technical departments, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables against established KPIs
- Document technical findings and maintain project records in accordance with regulatory standards
- Support the development of new formulations and product specifications for the Perfumes & Beauty portfolio
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in chemistry, physical chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
- Demonstrated experience in chemical or cosmetic research and development
- Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in technical documentation and regulatory compliance
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of experience in research and development, preferably within the cosmetics, perfumery, or chemical industry
Education
Master's degree in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or Cosmetic Science
