Chanel Parfums Beauté, Pantin – Fixed-term Project Manager for Active Ingredients Security and Compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security protocols for active ingredients sourcing and handling
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Monitor and document ingredient traceability throughout the supply chain
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for ingredient-related vulnerabilities
- Liaise with suppliers, regulatory bodies, and internal departments to maintain ingredient integrity
- Prepare compliance reports and documentation for internal and external audits
Qualifications
- Project management certification or equivalent professional experience
- Knowledge of cosmetics and fragrance industry regulations (EU Regulations 1223/2009 or equivalent)
- Familiarity with supply chain security and traceability systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English

Experience
3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management, regulatory compliance, or supply chain security within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Project Management, or related field; or equivalent professional certification.
