Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects using appropriate tools.
- Support change management by collaborating closely with business teams.
- Aid in the design and implementation of training programs.
- Contribute to the creation of communication documents such as newsletters.
- Help organize and plan internal communication events.
- Standardize work methodologies and establish KPIs to enhance departmental performance.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of communication tools, project management, and change management techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels.
- Capacity to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks in a constantly evolving environment.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but familiarity with project management and communication is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a program related to project management, communication, human resources, or a relevant field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
