Chanel seeks a Boutique Architecture Intern (6-month contract) in Hong Kong to support luxury retail design projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing spatial studies, layout options, and design concepts for prospective boutique locations
- Conduct research and analysis of site data, local context, and relevant design precedents
- Execute small-scale design assignments including 3D modeling, visualizations, material boards, and presentation layouts
- Document, organize, and manage design proposals and technical drawings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across design, merchandising, and visual teams to refine and advance design concepts
- Prepare supporting materials and visual aids for project presentations and team meetings
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of design guidelines and reference libraries
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or closely related discipline
- Demonstrated strong interest in retail design, spatial planning, and design research methodologies
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with strong visual communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluent in English

Experience
Strong foundational experience or exposure to design software and spatial visualization techniques; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within design-focused team environments.
Education
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related design discipline.
