Role & Responsibilities
- Support project managers across cross‑functional initiatives (retail, marketing, merchandising, operations) to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Maintain and update project trackers, timelines and basic Gantt charts; prepare status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, schedule meetings, produce agendas and circulate concise minutes and action logs.
- Assist with the preparation and organisation of documentation, presentations and briefing materials for meetings and steering committees.
- Monitor project budgets and purchase order requests under supervision; collate invoices and basic cost reconciliations.
- Manage sample logistics and asset flows between ateliers, showrooms and stores; liaise with suppliers and internal shipping teams.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive product, design or commercial information.
- Contribute to operational tasks for events, in‑store activations or product launches, including vendor coordination and on‑site support.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s programme in business, fashion management, project management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional interpersonal demeanour.
- High attention to detail, accuracy in documentation and discretion when working with confidential materials.
- Proactive, resourceful mindset with a clear interest in luxury fashion and brand stewardship.
- Legal eligibility to undertake a 6‑month internship in the UK.

Experience
Previous internship or part‑time experience in fashion, retail operations, events or a corporate project environment is desirable but not mandatory. Experience should demonstrate organisational aptitude, client or vendor interaction and basic administrative ownership.
