Chanel Paris internship: coordinate cinema and dance projects within the Fashion Image Department, launching January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all project aspects from conception to delivery, including production content, guest management, security protocols, décor production, and event logistics
- Create and maintain comprehensive project tracking tools for cinema and dance initiatives
- Manage project invoicing and financial documentation
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for partners and team members, including hotels and transportation
- Develop and produce welcome packs for all projects in collaboration with Celebrity Relations teams
- Design and distribute travel documentation (welcome notes, itineraries) for senior management traveling domestically and internationally
- Propose gifting concepts aligned with each project's creative direction
- Establish gifting guidelines to ensure consistency across all stakeholders and event coordination teams
Qualifications
- Higher education in business or commerce discipline
- Minimum one year's experience in project management and event coordination
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems
- Advanced written and spoken English and French
- Exceptional organizational and anticipation skills
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality
- Collaborative team mindset with superior interpersonal abilities
