Role & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain reference documents, including project summaries, historical records, and brief elements for internal stakeholders
- Participate in progress meetings with partner teams and manage meeting agendas and detailed minutes
- Track project schedules, monitor milestone deadlines, and alert stakeholders to timeline changes or delays
- Manage assigned projects independently under manager supervision while maintaining direct communication with relevant departments
- Support cross-functional coordination between the Image & Collections directorate and partner teams
Qualifications
- Initial project management experience or demonstrated project coordination skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and anticipatory thinking
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and verbal

Experience
Initial experience in project management or project support, preferably in a luxury brand, fashion house, or creative environment.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in project management, business administration, fashion management, or a related discipline.
