Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide visibility for various project aspects including content production, guest coordination, security arrangements, and event production.
- Create and update project tracking tools.
- Assist the team with project billing.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for partners and team members.
- Create welcome packs in collaboration with Celebrity and Cinema Relations teams.
- Prepare travel documents for top management.
- Order necessary quantities for welcome packs.
- Propose gifting ideas for each project and create gifting guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field.
- At least one prior experience in project management.
