1. Support administrative processes across the full grant-making life cycle, including maintaining accurate grant records and ensuring timely updates.
2. Coordinate the grant decision process by organizing necessary documents for internal meetings.
3. Assist with monitoring and tracking grant agreements, contracts, and payment schedules in collaboration with the Regional Finance Business Partner.
4. Act as a day-to-day grant liaison, ensuring timely and respectful communication with partner organizations.
5. Provide coordination and practical support for smooth programme delivery, including arranging logistics for partner meetings and tracking actions from key meetings.
6. Support internal and external communications, including drafting updates and maintaining shared trackers.
7. Use digital tools to support mapping, organizing, and visualizing partners, initiatives, and key information.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement of filing, templates, trackers, and process documentation.

1. Degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in the non-profit or philanthropy sector in an administrative or programme support role.
3. Knowledge of working across French-speaking or Portuguese-speaking countries is beneficial.
4. French or Portuguese language skills are advantageous.

3. Proficient in IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

1 to 3 years of experience in the non-profit or philanthropy sector in an administrative, coordination, grant-making, or programme support role.

Degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
