Chanel internship in Paris for Finance & Operations transformation program management, supporting ERP deployment and global process harmonization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the Europe regional program team, assisting PMO and Finance & Operations stakeholders with program tracking and coordination
- Develop and maintain dashboards, weekly reporting, and management tools to monitor program progress using PowerPoint, Excel, and Azure DevOps
- Structure, implement, and maintain reference program documentation in shared repositories including SharePoint and Confluence
- Prepare and disseminate internal communications materials including newsletters, intranet pages, presentations, meeting minutes, and change management resources
- Support onboarding of new program team members, including tool training and access rights management
- Organize and document program events, workshops, focus groups, and coordination meetings
- Coordinate between regional and global teams to facilitate issue validation, tracking, and resolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree student in business school, engineering school, or university preferred
- Demonstrated interest in project management, information systems, digital transformation, and Finance & Operations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfort working in international and multicultural environments
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Skills
Experience
Student or recent graduate pursuing or holding a Master's degree with an interest in project management, digital transformation, and Finance & Operations processes; prior internship or project management experience in a corporate or transformation context is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed Master's degree program at a business school, engineering school, or university
