Role & Responsibilities
- Measure, analyze and monitor studio performance metrics by collection
- Optimize workload distribution among pattern makers and seamstresses throughout collection cycles
- Develop and maintain dashboards for performance tracking and operational optimization
- Update and disseminate key performance indicators to management
- Assist in coordinating studio projects and service organization
- Formalize qualitative and quantitative assessments of past collections and identify risks in current productions
Qualifications
- Enrolled in final-year engineering, business, university, or fashion program (Bac+4 or Bac+5)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent proficiency with Excel and Power BI
- Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software preferred
