Chanel Production Planner role in Venette, France. Develop production schedules and manage Supply Chain coordination in this full-time contract position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop production schedules based on S&OP forecasts, incorporating industrial constraints and ensuring alignment with on-time delivery objectives for both established and new products
  • Guarantee coherence of the production plan with Production and Procurement teams, managing timelines for both established and new product launches
  • Serve as Supply Chain interface, communicating factory commitments and proactively flagging supply-chain risks, particularly stockout scenarios
  • Update and evolve production planning parameters in the SAP system to support accurate requirement calculations
  • Monitor adherence to planning process milestones and maintain disciplined scheduling protocols
  • Prepare, consolidate, and disseminate performance and process indicators across stakeholders
  • Foster close collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, New Product Launch, Quality, and Management Accounting teams
  • Participate in cross-functional working groups and transversal projects linking logistics and industrial interfaces
  • Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives within the planning function
  • Align planning processes with overall industrial performance and Supply Chain optimization strategy
  • Coordinate and facilitate continuous improvement meetings with production clusters

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
  • Proven first experience in production planning, scheduling, or production management within a demanding industrial environment, ideally in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food manufacturing
  • Proficiency with SAP and Excel
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with aptitude for field-based work
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Adaptability and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

Experience
