Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and pilot a coherent, optimized master production plan for the leather goods portfolio across eight annual collections, ensuring alignment with supply chain priorities and production constraints
- Coordinate production load versus capacity analysis across multiple time horizons and granularities; provide load simulations and capacity analyses to support decision-making
- Ensure consistency between the master production plan and the procurement plan
- Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Supply Chain teams to coordinate activities across departments and optimize production planning
- Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs specific to production planning performance
- Support ERP and APS system evolution by participating in testing, analyzing processes, and defining operational improvements
- Identify production bottlenecks and propose corrective actions to enhance overall performance
- Drive optimization projects focused on reducing lead times, work-in-process inventory, and data reliability
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across planning and production teams
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or specialized business school qualification in Supply Chain and Production Management
- 2–5 years of production planning experience in an industrial sector
- Fluent French, English, and Italian (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with demonstrated attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and anticipatory skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with IT tools and enterprise software
