Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end production planning and execution for costume (fantaisie) jewelry and belt lines, ensuring timely delivery against seasonal calendars and commercial forecasts.
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally with design, technical office, sourcing, quality and logistics to translate collections into manufacturable, costed production plans.
  • Manage relationships with external ateliers, suppliers and subcontractors, including capacity allocation, lead times, contracts and on‑site quality audits.
  • Monitor production KPIs (lead times, yield, quality rejection rates, costs) and implement corrective actions to maintain targets.
  • Approve technical specifications, production orders and pre‑series/prototype validation in collaboration with R&D and quality teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives — process optimisation, waste reduction and industrialisation of artisanal techniques where appropriate.
  • Control production budgets and provide regular reporting to senior management on status, risks and mitigation plans.
  • Supervise and mentor junior production staff and coordinate temporary teams during peak production periods.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in production management within fashion accessories, costume jewelry or small‑goods manufacturing, ideally in a luxury environment.
  • Demonstrable experience managing external ateliers and complex multi‑supplier production flows.
  • Strong organisational skills with a track record of meeting seasonal deadlines and balancing quality, cost and lead‑time constraints.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using production KPIs to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Ability to read technical drawings/specifications and validate samples and pre‑production runs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, production management, textile/accessory technology or equivalent professional experience.
