CHANEL Parfums Beauté is seeking a Production Engineer Intern for a six-month PFE internship starting in March 2027, based at its cosmetics production and packaging site in Chamant, Oise. The intern will support production-line ergonomics, performance and continuous improvement, including a complete industrialization project.
Role & Responsibilities
- Reorganize production-line flows for component and raw-material supply and workspace layout using Lean Management and 5S principles.
- Update operational documentation, including operating procedures and standards.
- Lead continuous-improvement initiatives by following daily team meetings, facilitating cross-functional working groups with HSE, quality and production teams, and using digital tools to simplify processes.
- Propose practical measures to reduce losses and optimize processes, including waste, rejects and downtime.
Qualifications
- Final-year student at a general engineering school, ideally specializing in continuous improvement or industrial engineering.
- Successful experience in the industrial sector is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for reporting.
- Curiosity about digital topics and interest in IT tools such as Power BI and Power Apps.
- Curiosity, teamwork, strong interpersonal skills and a marked interest in the industrial sector.
- A driving licence and personal vehicle are required.
