Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily communication between production managers and various stakeholders in the Ready-to-Wear segment, including product development, industrialization, planning, purchasing, quality, and billing.
- Identify and address potential production bottlenecks in advance and during production phases.
- Prepare and maintain production and quality reports for the division and manufacturers.
- Organize, lead, and document cross-functional meetings.
- Support the implementation of strategic studies, projects, and organizational improvements for the division.
- Oversee material supply coordination with manufacturers, distribution centers, and material teams.
- Initiate and formalize orders with partners and manage end-of-collection assessments with manufacturers.
- Collaborate with production managers on global collection planning, including priority setting and forecasting.
- Manage the production of special orders for the division.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
Relevant experience in production coordination or a related field within the fashion industry is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
