Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily interfaces between production managers and stakeholders across product development, industrialization, planning, procurement, and quality, acting as a facilitator and information bridge while identifying potential blockers
• Establish production and quality reporting for the business line and manufacturing partners
• Prepare, lead, and document cross-functional meeting minutes and action items
• Monitor material supplies to manufacturers in coordination with the distribution centre, suppliers, and materials teams
• Launch supplier submissions and formalize purchase orders
• Manage end-of-collection reconciliation with manufacturing partners, including returns and second-quality orders
• Participate in global collection planning alongside production managers, including priority definition and capacity analysis
• Oversee special order production for the business line

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree +4 to +5 years equivalent (business school, engineering school, or equivalent)
• Strong product sensibility and understanding of fashion manufacturing
• Project management capability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical aptitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and productivity tools
• Fluent English; Italian is a plus
