Chanel is hiring a Production Assistant, Image & Film (alternance) for Parfums Beauté in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine. Work‑study position supporting beauty photo and video production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Image & Film production team in planning and executing photographic and video shoots for Parfums Beauté campaigns and digital content.
- Coordinate logistics: secure studios, equipment, suppliers, talent call times and transportation; prepare call sheets and production schedules.
- Assist on set as production runner/assistant, ensuring smooth on-site operations and adherence to creative and timing briefs.
- Manage administrative production tasks including purchase orders, invoice follow-up, vendor communication and basic budget tracking.
- Prepare and maintain production documentation and asset archives; ensure delivery of final assets to internal stakeholders on schedule.
- Liaise with internal marketing, creative teams and external agencies to track deliverables and update project status.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant vocational or university programme (film, audiovisual production, communications, media or related) suitable for alternance.
- Strong organisational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive production tasks.

Experience

Enrolment in a recognised programme in film/audiovisual production, media, communications or a related discipline (BTS, Licence, Bachelor or equivalent) required for alternance.
