Chanel seeks an Associate, Product Operations in Piscataway, NJ to oversee after-sales repair operations and quality control. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and implement process improvements in the organization and segregation of repairs within the after-sales space and workshop; establish and maintain process flows for stock and client repairs to ensure lead times are sustained
- Manage accurate daily count of all items flowing in and out of the repair workshop
- Ensure finished repairs comply with Chanel quality standards and collaborate with artisan managers on repairs that do not meet established standards
- Perform administrative functions related to outbound repairs, including system documentation and product photography
- Organize outbound repair shipments and partner with the outbound logistics team on repair shipments and priority repairs
- Occasionally collaborate with the Inventory Controller on cycle counts and physical inventory processes
- Identify and communicate process efficiencies with existing workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of related experience in operations, retail, or client experience roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working within business systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and passion for product excellence
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
