Chanel seeks a Product Manager at Westfield UTC, San Diego. Lead sales teams and drive category performance with $87.5K–$130K base salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire the sales team to deliver an elevated client experience for all clients
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect, teamwork, and feedback
- Provide initial and ongoing training on CHANEL savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery
- Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with Home Office buying teams
- Lead with agility and resilience by applying key performance indicators and lessons learned to enhance team and business performance
- Represent CHANEL in the market, developing the client base through community involvement, partnerships with local businesses, and social and seasonal events
- Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld while maintaining in-store presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in retail, product management, or boutique operations
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to lift 15 lbs
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required
- Passion for the House of CHANEL, its heritage, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
