Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach and inspire sales teams to deliver elevated client experiences and achieve boutique business objectives
  • Foster a collaborative, feedback-driven working environment that emphasizes diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork
  • Provide comprehensive initial and ongoing training on Chanel savoir faire, product details, and service delivery standards
  • Drive all aspects of assigned product categories including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and collaboration with Home Office buying teams
  • Apply key performance indicators and lessons learned to enhance team and business performance with agility and resilience
  • Represent Chanel in the market by developing client relationships through community involvement, partnerships with local businesses, and social and seasonal events
  • Maintain in-store presence to ensure boutique image, operational standards, and elevated client service delivery

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of related retail or product management experience
  • Passion for Chanel's heritage, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
  • Understanding of and passion for client experience and service excellence
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage diverse teams effectively
  • Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity with resilience
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs and maintain flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays
