Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach and inspire a diverse sales team to deliver elevated client experiences across all customer segments
  • Foster a positive, feedback-rich working environment that emphasizes diversity, mutual respect, and collaborative teamwork
  • Provide comprehensive initial and ongoing training for team members, covering Chanel savoir-faire, product specifications, and service delivery excellence

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English; foreign language skills preferred but not required
