Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire the sales team to deliver an elevated client experience for all customers
- Foster a positive working environment that promotes feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork
- Provide initial and ongoing training and development for team members, including product knowledge and service delivery standards
- Drive all aspects of assigned product categories, including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and coordination with the Home Office buying team
- Lead the team with agility and resilience by applying key performance indicators and lessons learned to enhance team and business performance
- Represent Chanel in the market through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, and participation in social and seasonal events
- Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld while maintaining an in-store presence to develop and coach teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury retail or product management
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Passion for Chanel's heritage, history, and product offerings
- Understanding of and passion for client experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
