Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach and inspire a team to deliver an elevated client experience.

  • Drive all aspects of the Shoes & Other Accessories division, including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning.
  • Lead a team with agility and resilience, applying key performance indicators to enhance performance.
  • Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Skills

Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively. Understanding of and passion for client experience. Excellent communication skills. Foreign language skills preferred but not required. Passion for Chanel's history, products, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of related experience in product management or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $121,800. Additional forms of variable pay may be offered, including bonus potential.
