Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategy for the make-up portfolio, including trend analysis and market positioning
- Lead product development from concept through launch, collaborating with creative directors and R&D teams
- Manage product lifecycle, monitoring performance metrics and implementing optimization initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing, retail operations, and supply chain partners
- Present product strategies and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury beauty or cosmetics product management
- Strong understanding of make-up market trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects
- Excellent strategic and analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making capability
- Fluent in English and German
Skills
Experience
5–8 years of product management experience, preferably within luxury beauty, cosmetics, or prestige personal care sectors. Prior experience at LVMH, Kering, Richemont, or comparable luxury conglomerates is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, chemistry, or related discipline. MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification is preferred.
