Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategy for the make-up portfolio, including trend analysis and market positioning
  • Lead product development from concept through launch, collaborating with creative directors and R&D teams
  • Manage product lifecycle, monitoring performance metrics and implementing optimization initiatives
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing, retail operations, and supply chain partners
  • Present product strategies and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury beauty or cosmetics product management
  • Strong understanding of make-up market trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects
  • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making capability
  • Fluent in English and German

Experience
