Chanel Product Manager role overseeing leather goods conception and manufacturing at Verneuil-en-Halatte, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot product conception from aesthetic requirements through showroom delivery, including design illustration validation and material/component sign-off for retail sessions
- Ensure timely delivery of product deliverables at Price and Collection Review milestones
- Constitute and lead cross-functional project teams to mitigate product risks in collaboration with Development partners
- Propose production timelines that balance quality, delivery, and cost objectives
- Animate transverse project teams to optimize production conditions
- Develop alternative solutions throughout the process to maintain initial targets and resolve bottlenecks
- Propose and implement actions to enhance quality, reduce lead times, minimize manufacturing costs, and develop organizational agility
- Lead and drive the data capitalization chain from production, after-sales service, and other sources
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or Engineering institution
- Significant experience in luxury leather goods and accessories development or production
- Deep knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes
- Strong fashion sensibility and exceptional project management capabilities
- Proven leadership and proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for product excellence
- Demonstrated reactivity and adaptability to rapid fashion cycles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PLM systems, graphic design software, and CAD
- English and Italian proficiency preferred
