Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire the sales team to deliver elevated client experiences and exceed business targets
- Manage all aspects of the assigned product category, including sales analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with the Home Office buying team
- Foster a positive working environment grounded in feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and collaborative teamwork
- Provide comprehensive initial and ongoing training on Chanel savoir faire, product details, and service delivery standards
- Lead the team with agility and resilience, applying key performance indicators and operational lessons to enhance performance
- Represent Chanel in the market through community involvement, partnerships with local businesses, and the execution of social and seasonal events
- Ensure boutique image and operational standards are maintained at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related retail or product management experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Passion for the House of Chanel, its history, product offerings, and cultural commitments
- Understanding of and passion for client experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated people leadership and team development capability

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, product management, or a closely related role within luxury fashion or high-end retail, with demonstrated success in team leadership, category management, and client service excellence.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 92,400 to USD 118,500 per annum.
