- Manage SKU architecture, allocations and replenishment strategy to optimise inventory turnover and in-store availability.
- Support visual merchandising and retail teams with product storytelling, training and launch collateral to maximise sell-in and sell-through.
- Ensure adherence to brand quality standards, regulatory/compliance requirements and product documentation across channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, merchandising or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in product management, merchandising or buying within luxury fashion or premium apparel.
- Proven commercial acumen with demonstrated success in assortment planning, inventory optimisation and margin management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of leading cross-functional projects in a matrix environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; high proficiency with retail metrics and financial modelling.

At least 5 years of experience in product/merchandising roles within luxury or premium fashion, with demonstrated responsibility for assortment planning, launch execution and commercial performance.
Education
