Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain close partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring quality, timeliness, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance; serve as primary liaison to the embroidery studio; establish weekly reporting mechanisms to track all development and client order costs
• Manage inventory needs by negotiating purchases, monitoring orders, verifying quality compliance, controlling pricing, and overseeing merchandise flow to guarantee availability of critical references and adherence to delivery timelines
• Develop and implement a quality framework and embroidery qualification standards through testing protocols in collaboration with embroidery suppliers to ensure regulatory compliance and resolve technical product issues
• Identify and manage bespoke custom embroidery projects, overseeing development phases, quality adherence, timeline compliance, and cost management; retain responsibility for invoicing and payment reconciliation

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in product development and project management, particularly within the embroidery or luxury textile sector
• Formal training in fashion design or fashion business management
• Proven interpersonal intelligence and strong collaborative aptitude with studio teams, operations, and atelier partners
• Demonstrated organizational excellence, anticipatory planning skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Preferred: prior experience liaising directly with design studios

Experience

6–10 years in product development, project management, and supply chain operations, with specific expertise in embroidery, luxury textiles, or haute couture production.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in fashion design, fashion business, luxury goods management, or related discipline.
